These Terms and Conditions apply to all pages found at www.kidstechstudio.com and all Programs operated by Kids Tech Studio. These terms apply to all lessons, classes, courses, and options offered by Kids Tech Studio (hereinafter referred to individually as “Program” or collectively “Programs”).

Privacy Policy: By using Kids Tech Studio’s website, registering you or your student for a Program, and/or affirmatively giving your agreement, you are agreeing on your own behalf and that of your student to abide and be bound by the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions contained and referenced herein, in compliance with the laws of Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Online Programs: If you are purchasing, or you or your student is participating in an Online Program, you also agree on your own behalf and on behalf of your student, to be bound by the additional terms and conditions specific to Online Programs.

On-Campus Programs: If you are purchasing, or you or your student is participating in, an On-Campus Program, you also agree on your own behalf and on behalf of your student to be bound by the additional terms and conditions specific to On-Campus Programs.

I. Code of Conduct

All students and parents will be held to this Code of Conduct to ensure a productive learning environment. Violations may result in removal from the Program(s) without prior warning. Refunds will not be given for dismissals due to failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation

• Use of inappropriate or offensive language

• Viewing or sharing inappropriate material

• Impersonating others

• Contacting instructors outside the Program

• Unauthorized hacking or account creation

• Sharing personal information with staff

Required conduct includes:

• Following all instructions from Kids Tech Studio personnel

• Ensuring a respectful and distraction-free learning environment

• Dressing appropriately

• Adhering to age-appropriate content guidelines

• Sharing only relevant and appropriate material

II. Age Policy

Programs are open to students ages 7–19. Participants may interact with others in this age range. Students aged 18 or 19 participating in On-Campus Programs must pass a criminal background check in accordance with applicable laws of Malawi and Zimbabwe.

III. Course/Program

Registration Kids Tech Studio may reassign students to alternate courses at its discretion for improved learning experiences. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

IV. Special

Accommodations Requests for accommodations must be made at least three weeks before the Program begins. Aides must be 18+, non-family members, and may be subject to background checks or fingerprinting in accordance with local law. Parents/guardians are responsible for all associated costs.

V. Payment Policy

• All fees are quoted and payable in local currency or US Dollars.

• Deposits and payments for Programs are non-refundable unless Kids Tech Studio cancels the Program.

• Missed classes are not eligible for refund or credit.

• Cancelled classes will be rescheduled or credited.

• Returned payments are subject to fees.

VI. Reservation

Changes Changes to reservations may be limited based on availability and program structure.

VII. Groups If registering 5+ participants or on behalf of an organization, you may be required to enter into a separate Agent Agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of reservations.

VIII. Promotions and Discounts

One discount per student applies. Referral codes apply only to new students and cannot be shared between siblings. Tuition credits have no cash value and must be used within the same Program term.

IX. Certificates/Vouchers

All issued certificates or vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused balances are forfeited.

X. General Releases

Media Release: By participating, you authorize Kids Tech Studio to capture and use media (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.) for promotional purposes.

Project/Hardware Release: Some Programs may include take-home items. Kids Tech Studio is not responsible for issues related to delivery, compatibility, or functionality of projects or hardware.

Software Accounts: Some Program activities may require online accounts. You authorize Kids Tech Studio to create necessary accounts. Kids Tech Studio is not liable for accounts created independently by students.

Game Ratings: While efforts are made to avoid inappropriate content, some exposure to age-rated games may occur, especially in older age group courses. Participation implies consent to this exposure.

XI. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kids Tech Studio, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in any Program.

XII. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of Malawi or Zimbabwe, depending on your jurisdiction. Any invalid portion of this agreement will not affect the enforceability of the remainder.

XIII. Rights Reserved

Kids Tech Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, cancel or alter Programs as needed.

XIV. Release of Liability

As a parent/guardian, you release Kids Tech Studio from liability for any damages or injuries resulting from Program participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm. This release shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malawi or Zimbabwe.

XV. Copyright

You and your student agree to respect the copyright and trademark rights of Kids Tech Studio and its partners.
